Process Communication Model® (PCM) is the first tool for decoding human interactions, that allows you to recognize the different personalities but also their specific needs.

Process Communication Model® was developed by Doctor Taibi Kahler, a world-renown clinical psychologist who discovered that stress behaviors can be predicted and avoided. Together with NASA, in the 1970’s he elaborated what will then become the Process Communication Model. His objective? To prepare shuttle teams for a better and more effective collaboration during space missions.
This model helps you adapt your communication to enhance the understanding of individuals who have different personalities and different ways of working.
